Everything you need to know about publishing and promoting job ads on Jobportal

Publish a job advertisement

You can publish a job ad for free by registering as an employer or by logging in if you have already registered.

When you register, you will need to enter your name, an email address and create a password. We recommend that you choose an email address that is associated with your company. Registering is of course free and without any further obligations. Register as an employer here . here.

After registration, you need to fill in your company details and add a logo and a company presentation to your company profile. For a job advertisement, you need to provide practical information about the vacancy, a presentation text, images and possibly a website address for your company website.

We search for job advertisements for Jobportal from open public sources, such as the TE Services. The job advertisement will indicate whether the source is the TE Services, and if so, the application will be forwarded to the address specified on the TE Services website.

We automatically create an account for you in our service once we have retrieved the job posting from an open source. In your account, you can, for example, edit the content or appearance of your job posting and choose where incoming applications should be sent.

If no changes are made, applications are always automatically forwarded to the address specified on the TE Services website when the job advertisement was submitted. We will notify you by email if your advertisement receives a job application via Jobportal. We recommend that you change your password when you log in for the first time.

I didn't receive a new password.

You can request a new password on the login page by clicking on the field “Forgot your password? Reset it here”. We will send a new password to the email address you have provided. If necessary, you can contact customer service by email at kundtjanst@jobportal.se or by phone at 020 734 6902.

Account deletion

If you would like to delete the account that has been created for you, please contact customer service via email at kundtjanst@jobportal.se or by phone at 020 734 6902.

You can post a job ad by logging in as an employer. If you are logging in for the first time after registering, you will need to fill in your company details under the My detailssection . Add your company name, recruiter name and email address, company phone number, logo, business ID and address. You can also add your company website address and company profile. This information will appear at the bottom of your job ad. If the job ad has been published via an open source, some of the company details may already be filled in.

Share the account with another person

You can share your business profile with the people you want by adding their name and email address in the “personal information” section. The added users will receive an email with their login details. These people will also receive the same emails as the profile creator and will be able to see everything the profile creator sees.

When you remove a user from the list, the person can no longer log in to the profile with their previous login details. You can add the same user again after the person has been removed, and new login details will be sent to the user. Please note that it is not possible to add a user to the employer profile if the person has registered as a job seeker on Jobportal.

Reactivation of job posting

Our system saves expired job ads, so you can go back to old ads and see their statistics. You can also reactivate your old job ad. You will find your old job ads under “inactive”. If you have previously purchased a campaign package for the ad that you want to reactivate, you can do so without worry – there is no fee for reactivation. If you want to reactivate the campaign package for the current ad, you can do so by clicking “Buy campaign package” in the ad after activation.

I can't post a job ad

You can edit a job posting by logging in with your login details and selecting the “Open” button. At the top and bottom of the posting you will find the “Edit” button. Remember to save the changes you have made to the posting by clicking “Publish” at the end of the posting. You can preview the posting before publishing it.

 

If you want to delete a job ad, you need to log in and select "Delete" under the job ad.

You can add multiple companies to the same user account. You can switch companies from the left side of the page and create custom job ads and campaigns for different companies. You can submit a new job ad by clicking “Submit Job” or “ Create a New Job ” and filling in the details in the form.Skapa ett nytt jobb” och fylla i uppgifterna i formuläret.

 

In your company profile you will find the application that have been received for the job advertisement. You will receive a notification via email when you have received new applications for the advertisement. With Jobportal you can communicate directly with the candidate and easily complete the next step in the recruitment process.

You can log in to your company profile by entering the email address and password that you used when you created your profile. However, if you have received an email from us stating that your job ad has been published on Jobportal, you can log in with the login details provided in that email. We recommend that you always change your password the first time you log in. You can find expired job ads in your profile under "inactive". You can reactivate them if necessary.

You cannot use the same email address to register as an employer and a job seeker.

Campaign packages

You can promote your job ad on Jobportal and on social media by purchasing a campaign package. Jobportal currently offers four different paid campaign packages for your company's recruitment needs. For more information about the campaign packages, click here.

 

The campaign packages use Jobportal's illustrations. Unfortunately, customers' own brand images cannot currently be used in marketing. We still recommend that you add your company logo and any advertising images to the job ad. You can also give your ad more distinctive character by using different text formatting.

With campaigns, your job ad reaches candidates where they are already – on their mobile, desktop, and social media. It also helps you reach passive job seekers: people who may be open to a new job, but aren’t actively looking right now.

 

Not all companies want to buy recruitment services to support their recruitment, as it is expensive. Many are happy to invest in recruiting their first employee, but not necessarily spend thousands of euros on it. Jobportal was created to fill this gap. We want to give smaller players in the market the opportunity to succeed with their recruitment and find a new employee. We offer employers affordable campaign packages to increase the visibility of their ads. I genomsnitt får en jobbannons med kampanjpaketet – Sociala Medier som beställts utan någon extra budget 250 läsningar. Detta påverkas av faktorer som själva tjänsten, branschens popularitet samt företagets image. För de mest populära branscherna har kampanjpaketet – Sociala Medier utan extra budget i genomsnitt 450 läsningar.
