Purpose of the processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in situations where a person logs into the Jobportal.se service and creates a user profile for himself or herself either as a job seeker or employer. Personal data is also processed when the registered user prepares job applications or job advertisements or when the jobseeker decides to introduce a job scout via the Jobportal.se service. When a job alert is selected for deployment, the job seeker receives recommendations for job postings that suit him or her. For this purpose, the controller stores the profile data stored by the registered user in the service.
Data content of the register
The data content of the register consists of the data added by the registered user to the personal jobseeker profile and the username and password of the Jobportal.se service. The registered user can change the information they have provided in the service at any time.
- Information collected about registered job seekers:
- Basic information for identification (name, email address, phone number)

– System technical user data
– Linkedin profile (optional)
- Portfolio (optional)
– Personal presentation (optional)
- Company data provided by employers is also collected in the data content of the register. Information collected about employers:

– Business address (street address, city, zip code)

Regulated disclosures and recipients of information
When Jobportal processes personal data, personal data is sometimes shared with other parties. These other parties are Personal Data Assistants.
Data controllers refer to companies that operate on the basis of a binding legal agreement with Jobportal and that can only process the data for the specific purposes that Jobportal allows and use other third parties in the processing only if Jobportal gives permission to do so. A jobseeker who has logged in to the service sends job applications with his or her information through the service to the employers of his or her choice, and then a similar relationship is formed between the jobseeker and the employer as the relationship between the controller and the data subject.Transfer of data outside the EU or Europe

Principles for the protection of the register
It is important to us that the personal data you provide is safe with us. The data stored in the Jobportal.se service has been collected in the controller's system, which is protected by the operating system's security software.
