Publish a job advertisement

You can publish a job advertisement for free by registering as employer or by logging in if you have already registered.

When registering, you need to enter your name, an email address, as well as to create a password. We recommend that you choose an email address associated with your business. Registering is, of course, free of charge and without any further obligations. Register as an employer here.

After registering, you will need to fill in your company details. Add your logo and company profile to your company profile. For the job advertisement, you will need the details of the position, the text of the advertisement, a cover photo and the URL where you would like to receive applications (*optional).

Jobportal brings together job ads from open and public sources in order to be able to collect as many job ads as possible in one place - One of these sources is, for example, the Swedish Public Employment Service's website. In our job advertisements, it is stated partly whether an advertisement is acquired from an external source and that its applications go to the address that has been stated in the source.

We automatically create an account for you on Jobportal when we republish a job advertisement from you from a public source. You then of course have the opportunity to log in to Jobportal to edit the ad, such as content, appearance or how you want the applications to be sent.

If no changes are made, applications are always automatically redirected to the address specified in the source. When you receive applications for your ad in Jobportal, we will notify you by e-mail. We recommend that you change your password the first time you log in. If you have any questions, please contact us via our customer service and we will help you.

 

I didn't get a new password
We will send the new password to the email address you enter in the "Have you lost your password? - Reset this" on the login page. If necessary, you can contact customer service.

 

Deleting an account

If you wish to delete an account created for you, please contact our customer service.

To publish a job ad, you must first log in as an employer. If you logged into the website for the first time after registration, you must enter your company details below My details. Add company name, name and e-mail address of the person responsible for the recruitment, company phone number, logo, organization number and address. In addition to this, you can add the company's website address as well as a company presentation. This information will appear at the end of your job posting. If the job has been posted from a public source, some company information has already been filled in.

 

Share an account with another person

You can share your Business Profile with additional people involved by adding their names and emails under "My Information". The added users receive their own login credentials to the same email address. These people also receive the same emails as the profile creator and receive the same information as the profile creator. When you remove a user from the list, they don't have the ability to log in to the profile with the credentials they were previously given. However, you can re-add the same user even if you have previously removed them. He will then be sent new information to be able to log in.

NOTE You cannot add a user to the employer's profile who has already registered as a job seeker in Jobportal.

 

Reactivate a job ad
As can be seen from the picture above, our system also saves expired published job ads. You can go back to your old ads to see their statistics, but you can also choose to reactivate an old job ad. You can find all your old job postings under "inactive".

If you have previously purchased a promotional package for an ad that you want to reactivate, you can do so without any worries and you will not be charged anything for this reactivation. However, if you want a promotional package for the reactivated job advertisement, you need to order this by clicking on "Buy campaign package".

 

I can't post a job
If you receive an error message when publishing a job, please contact our customer service. We will always resolve any issues as soon as possible and contact you on the matter.

You can edit a job ad by logging in with your login details and selecting the "Open" button. At the top and bottom of the message, you will find the "Edit" button. Remember to save your changes to your ad by pressing "Publish" at the end of the ad. You can also preview your ad before publishing.

To delete an ad, log in and click the "Remove" button below the job ad.

You can add multiple companies under the same user profile. You can change companies from the left column of the page and create unique job ads and campaigns for different companies. You can publish a new job advertisement by clicking on "Advertise service” or “Create a new job advertisement” and fill in the information in the form.

You will find the inbox the applications in the company profile in the job advertisement. You will be notified by email when new applications have been received.

You can sign in to your Business Profile by entering the email address and password you used to create it. However, if you have received an email from us that your job is published on Jobportal, you can log in with the login details provided in this email. We recommend that you always change your password at the first login. You can find expired job ads in your profile under "inactive". You can reactivate expired job postings.

 

You cannot use the same email address to register as an employer and as a job seeker.

However, we recommend adding your company logo and any promotional images to the job posting. You can also use different text sizes and typography to make your ad stand out.
